Two pilot co-located centers were established in Jordan to provide services for victims of family abuse under one roof. Consequently, and in collaboration with the Family Justice Center Alliance and Vital Voices Global Partnership, Mahara conducted training sessions to coordinate and facilitate the working mechanism between all stakeholders involved in order to ease the flow of work among the different teams providing services to victims of family abuse.

The training took place in Dar Al-Wefaq which was attended by around 20 participants from different NGOs and government organizations. As a result, seven working groups were established; these working groups will assist the preparation for opening and operating the pilot centers. In addition, the participants came to an agreement regarding a working mechanism among all stakeholders.
